6 Week Physique
Our 6 Week Physique is a monthly membership to the Modest Muscle app that provides you with the benefits of video-guided coaching and nutritional guidance (in the Modest Muscle App) without paying the full price of 1:1 coaching! Each challenge is designed for the group based on a specific goal (varying each challenge). The 6 Week Physique challenges are designed to surround you with community, improve and teach proper form, and teach you a healthier approach towards your nutrition!
