Meal Plans

Custom Meal Guide

You’ll receive a custom meal guide based off of your body type (plant based meal plans available, too!). You’ll be guided throughout the program with recommended adjustments to your meal plan based on your individual needs and responses. You won’t have to wonder what to do if you have cravings, fall off track, or start getting hungry. We’ll be there to guide you through the necessary adjustments.

And if that isn’t enough, you’ll have the option of adding on a Custom Meal Plan designed by our licensed nutrition coaches based on your food and schedule preferences (for a one time fee of $50)!

FAQs

What makes Modest Muscle's 6 Week Physique challenge unique?

Unlike most challenges primarily focused on making you burn more calories and drop weight fast, we focus on fixing your metabolism and building muscle mass – which will help you burn more calories and drop weight not only during our challenge, but long after.

How long does the challenge last?
Each workout program is designed for 6 weeks, and then a new program will start. Each week you’ll have new workouts, and every 6 weeks the coaches will present the new theme for the next challenge. All of our challenges focus on decreasing body fat, increasing metabolic rate, and improving lean muscle mass.
How do the meal guides work?

Once you’ve joined the challenge, you’ll be automatically added into a group chat where you’ll choose your meal guide based on your body type. We go by the Precision Nutrition body type standards (I-type, V-type, and O-type).

If you’re unsure which body type you are, reach out to one of our coaches and we’ll select the meal guide that is best for you. Each meal guide will give you a starting point for calories and macronutrients based on the body type selected, and whether or not you’ll be working out in a gym or at home.

You’ll also have the option of adding on a custom meal plan for a one time fee of $50 if you’d like additional nutritional support from our coaches.

What are the monthly prize giveaways?

Monthly prizes (supplements, equipment, and gym swag) will be given out to the members who earn our “MVP Award”. We choose our monthly MVP based on their engagement with the group, persistence, consistency with communication, and overall attitude during the challenge! 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Once your membership has been canceled, you will continue to have app access until you finish out the rest of your month. You can find the date of your next payment on the invoice that was emailed to you after your last payment (or you can always just email us to ask!).

Do I need special equipment?

No! Some of our challenges may require gym access, but most of them give you the option of choosing in-home or gym workouts.

How are the winners of the challenges chosen?

The winners of the challenge will be chosen by monitoring who has hit their nutrition goal the most amount of times, along with who has completed the most workouts.

What do the winners get?

The winners will receive $100 off our Exclusive Online Coaching Academy, where our coaches will work with them 1:1 to help them take their physiques to the next level.

How will we communicate with you?

You’ll have 24/7 access to a group chat with your Modest Muscle coaches for any questions you have! Additionally, you’ll be offered an email address exclusive to our clients for any questions you don’t feel comfortable sharing with the group.

In-Person Sessions

Our form workshops are 60-90 minute sessions where we provide a comprehensive review of your form, make necessary adjustments and modifications, and send you home with a game plan / recommendations to get you on the fast track to your desired results.
