What makes Modest Muscle's 6 Week Physique challenge unique?

Unlike most challenges primarily focused on making you burn more calories and drop weight fast, we focus on fixing your metabolism and building muscle mass – which will help you burn more calories and drop weight not only during our challenge, but long after.

How long does the challenge last?

The challenge lasts 6 weeks.

How do the meal plans work?

A custom meal plan is designed for you based on the consultation form you fill out (where you let us know any food restrictions / preferences you have). After that, macros are assigned and explained to you to allow for flexibility and adaptability with your nutrition plan.

How much is the cash prize?

Challenge prizes have ranged from $500-$1000, but stay tuned for the next challenge to find out exactly how much the prize will be.

Do I need special equipment?

No! Some of our challenges may require gym access, but most of them give you the option of choosing in-home or gym workouts.

How are the winners of the 6 Week Physique challenge selected?

Each challenge has a different criteria for choosing the winner. Whether it be based off of completed workouts and consistency with nutrition, or overall “best transformation”, you can ensure our challenge winners ALWAYS earn that title.

What do the winners get?

Each challenge has a different prize, but most of our challenges have a cash prize for the winner, free coaching for the runner up, and a MAJOR discount on 1:1 coaching for everyone else who participated.

How will we communicate with you?

You’ll have 24/7 access to a group chat with your Modest Muscle coaches for any questions you have! Additionally, you’ll be offered an email address exclusive to our clients for any questions you don’t feel comfortable sharing with the group.

Our form workshops are 60-90 minute sessions where we provide a comprehensive review of your form, make necessary adjustments and modifications, and send you home with a game plan / recommendations to get you on the fast track to your desired results.
